I Chose to Help In Order To Hope

I started this company as an outgrowth of a modestly successful fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association, nine days before Christmas, 2019. 

The fundraiser was a way for me to do something in memory of my mother, who died from Alzheimer's Disease, and as a way to fight back at the recent diagnosis of my sister, with “Early Onset” Alzheimer's Disease.  

Fundraisers are great, in all a very positive experience for those involved, but they do have their limitations. Therefore, I have decided to create a company Heartwood Shaker, that provides a revenue stream into The Alzheimer's Association.  For more information, see the Alzheimer's section under the header of that name.
